Partial Dentures
Removable replacements for missing teeth, attached to natural teeth with a metal frame. They fill gaps and prevent surrounding teeth from drifting.

Full Dentures
Replace all natural teeth and are provided after tooth extractions, requiring time for gum healing (8 to 12 weeks).
The Process of Getting Partials or Dentures
In our office, we work with each patient to create an individualized partial or denture that is comfortable and helps them achieve their desired smile.
For patients who have existing teeth and are looking to get their first denture, we start by taking scans.
Once we receive the patient's temporary partial or denture, the procedure to get their teeth extracted will be scheduled.
Over the course of several weeks to months, we will use a treatment called tissue conditioner to promote healing. Once your gums have healed a final partial or denture will be made.
Care and Maintenance
Dentures require proper oral care similar to natural teeth: Use a gentle cleanser for brushing, keep them moist when not in use, and maintain cleanliness of the tongue and gums.
